WELCOME TO THE 2011 Fall Festival
Information Packet
 
On behalf of Keystone Athletic, we thank you for your participation in the 2011 Dale Marsh Fall Festival. Keystone is a non for profit group and your participation is helping grow the game in the Northeast PA area. Below is a manager/coach checklist to help you and your teams prepare for the Blast. The more you share with your team, the smoother the event will go. Our main priority is to get the games going and ensure the kids are playing. Everything else will fall into place. So please review this document, share it with your group and let us know if we have not answered all of your questions.
 
PATCH EXCHANGE FOR U13 and BELOW ONLY
 
 
        ·         Check in: Friday October 7th from 5:30 PM-10:30 PM at Burnley Workshop Cafeteria 4219 Manor Drive Stroudsburg PA 18360 (click here directions), no exceptions. 
·         You must bring the following items to check in:
1.       Managers check list: This will tell you everything you need (CLICK HERE)
2.       Emergency Contact Form: (Please click here)
3.       Printed copy of rules: (Please click here)
4.       Player passes. No exceptions!
5.       Stamped Roster
6.       Medical Releases
7.       A good attitude to have a great time.
 
·         Schedules are in process. As soon as we have them we will let you know. There will be no changes to the schedules once published.
 
·         Our website is a great source of information. Please use it as you will find the latest tournament information on the site first. (Click here to visit our website).
·         There will be a field director at each location. They will be wearing a yellow shirt and will have the information you need at the fields. Seek them out for questions.
 
·         Ok…crazy behavior will not be tolerated. Please pass this on to all your well-behaved parents. Unruly groups and/or individuals will be asked only ONCE to comply. Parents are not to come to headquarters to comment on officials or any other matter regarding tournament play. If a team has an issue only the coach or team manager can inquire teams that do not follow these procedures and parents approach headquarters with a protest your team will be deducted 2 points.
 
·         Game day. No coin tosses. Away teams have the kick off and home teams have choice of playing direction.  If a conflict with uniforms the home team must change. Home and away will be identified on schedule.
·         No pets on any of the fields.
 
·         The main scoreboard is next to Keystone 6 Complex see map. This is also where all of our food and merchandise vendors, will be.
·         IMPORTANT: Carpool! You want to have peace of mind and less stress. Connect with some of your fellow parents and carpool. It is definitely the best way to go. It will make your tournament experience a better one. We guarantee it. Parking at the Burnley complex is bumper to bumper. Be patient and you will be fine. See our complex map for parking areas.
Please be courteous and save room for others as well. And please only take the space you need. No personal grills are permitted on the fields.
