Keystone Athletic Winter Training Series

 Keystone Teams and Players will be offered training opportunities this winter at the following locations:
St Lukes Sports Performance Center in Allentown PA (Union Blvd)
The Rink or FIeldHouse at St Lukes in Whitehall PA
Metro Design in Allentown PA
PineBrook in Stroudsburg PA
NCC in Tannersville PA

- Rising Starz - 8 week program starting in early January (8 sessions)
- Team/Player training - 10 week program starting in early January (10 Sessions)
- GK training - 10 week program starting in early January (10 Sessions)
